Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- confidentiality in handling guest information
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- handle guest complaints professionally
- maintain room status and coordinate room repairs
- carry out front desk transactions including cash control
- manage key control and lost and found items
