Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- pass background check and drug screening
- possess state security license if applicable
- have excellent customer service skills
- able to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- able to perform physical patrols
- basic knowledge of phone and computer use

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and verify identity
- guide visitors and provide customer service
- manage access control
- perform regular security patrols
- inspect and report maintenance needs of security equipment
- respond to incidents and provide first aid
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- coordinate with emergency response teams
- ensure safety of individuals and property
