The position of Front Desk Concierge is a vital role within a well-established residential community, dedicated to providing exceptional service to its residents and guests. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday according to scheduled shifts
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
- availability to work weekends
- adherence to safety protocols
- professional and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- proficiency in basic computer skills
- knowledge of security and emergency response procedures desirable
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests upon entry and respond to requests, questions and any other needs appropriately and professionally
- document issues or transactions as needed
- answer the telephone promptly and attend to callers' requests appropriately and professionally
- keep track of activity logs and incident reports for the Community Association Manager to review
- demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- greet and direct residents, guests and invitees
- monitor Emergency Response System
- monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems, if applicable
- monitor and control access to the building
- maintain daily logs, records and forms
- log in all packages and track them through to pick up by the recipient
- resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues notifying the Community Association Manager as necessary
- ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing duties
- assist with resident notifications or special events
- perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
