Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Additional hospitality education is a plus
- Demonstrated background in a front desk or customer service position, ideally within hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive demeanor and a phenomenal teammate approach

Job Duties
- Create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests at every step of their stay, from arrival to departure
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience
- Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions with utmost accuracy
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
