Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous front desk experience preferred
  • Must be certifiable through the Arizona Department of Gaming and the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office

Job Duties

  • Greet and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests
  • Facilitate guest departure by following check-out procedures
  • Calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts using proper cash handling methods
  • Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by telephone
  • Maintain good guest relations by staying informed about events
  • Control cash transactions and maintain cash bank responsibility
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor at all times
