Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in basic computer skills including point-of-sale systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work variable schedules based on hotel needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows and excel preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming first impression to guests
- manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- handle reservations and ensure accuracy
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
- maintain accurate billing and payment processing
- ensure smooth daily front desk operations
- uphold a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
