Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency in basic computer skills including point-of-sale systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work variable schedules based on hotel needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer and point-of-sale skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including windows and excel preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming first impression to guests
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • handle reservations and ensure accuracy
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries
  • maintain accurate billing and payment processing
  • ensure smooth daily front desk operations
  • uphold a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
