Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum one year customer service experience
  • previous hotel experience preferred
  • ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers
  • computer experience preferred
  • bilingual english spanish a plus
  • knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele

Job Duties

  • be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
  • handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements
  • adhere to payment cash handling and credit policies procedures
  • generate print and distribute daily reports to designated departments personnel
  • resolve discrepancies on the room status report with housekeeping
  • other duties as assigned
