- must be based in or willing to commute to Laguna Beach, CA

- ability to understand and convey business and technical concepts
Job Qualifications
- Broad technology experience including different property management systems
- excellent communication skills to engage a broad range of stakeholders
- problem-solving abilities
- positive attitude and self-starter mentality
- teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently
- knowledge of short-term rentals and housekeeping is a plus
- strong analytical, strategic and collaborative skills
- experience in real estate, hospitality or technology is beneficial
- ability to quickly learn new software systems
- bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests
- receive, organize and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies
- lift, move, unpack and organize office and storeroom materials
- guide guests through the AvantStay experience ensuring positive first impressions
- maintain constant communication with the field team about guest arrivals and requests
- utilize technology to release check-in instructions and close Live Check-In cases in Salesforce
- assist with inventory duties including preparing items for the field team and tracking linen and consumables use
- maintain and organize gathering spaces including office and surrounding areas
