- Willingness to learn and use the hotel Property Management System
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

- Check guests in and out of hotel properties
- Answer guest questions and address concerns
- Verify guest information at hotel parking lot entrance
- Utilize the hotel Property Management System
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Interact with diverse guests of all ages
- Support team members and contribute to a fun work environment
