Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Friendly, polished, and naturally guest-focused
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Considerable skill in using a calculator and preparing moderately complex mathematical calculations without error
- Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Provide recommendations for local dining, arts, and activities to create a personalized guest experience
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
- Follow brand standards, safety protocols, and cash-handling procedures
