Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
  • Friendly, polished, and naturally guest-focused
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized, reliable, and professional
  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Considerable skill in using a calculator and preparing moderately complex mathematical calculations without error
  • Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide recommendations for local dining, arts, and activities to create a personalized guest experience
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • Follow brand standards, safety protocols, and cash-handling procedures
