Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations accurately
  • ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with internal and external customers
  • effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to access and input information accurately using a computer system
  • hearing and visual ability to detect signs of emergency situations
  • ability to stand 95% of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • comfortable working weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • prior hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • familiarity with property management systems such as HotelKey, PEP, or OnQ is a plus
  • strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • friendly, polished, and naturally guest-focused
  • organized, reliable, and professional

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
  • handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently
  • respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • provide recommendations for local dining, arts, and activities to create a personalized guest experience
  • communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless service
  • maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • follow brand standards, safety protocols, and cash-handling procedures
