Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • greet residents and guests with eye contact and a warm welcome
  • monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
  • receive, sign for, and ensure timely delivery of packages and food
  • facilitate contractor arrivals, realtor, and potential homebuyer visits
  • advise residents and guests on rules and regulations
  • follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • promptly respond to all resident requests, questions, or concerns
