- Prior front desk experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule
- Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with residents and guests
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Welcome residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Monitor the lobby and manage incoming calls and requests
- Receive, sign for, and efficiently distribute package and food deliveries
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor and potential homebuyer or renter visits
- Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- Promptly answer and resolve resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing supplied uniform
- Interact positively with residents to foster a welcoming community environment
