Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • May require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
  • Commitment to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications
  • Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
  • Contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, such as use of room key, ice, and vending areas
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
