Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or related hotel operations
  • United States work authorization
  • Ability to work morning, mid-evening, and evening shifts
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in front desk, reservations, concierge, bell desk, or night audit roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk computer systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts
  • Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests efficiently and courteously
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Operate front desk computer systems and manage reservations
  • Maintain control of room and departmental keys following sign-out procedures
  • Process guest charges, master bills, and handle cash drawer responsibilities
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities and local area
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and special needs
