- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- provide outstanding guest service throughout their stay
- settle guest accounts upon departure
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- maintain confidentiality
- multitask and problem solve to assist customers
- implement safety and security policies
- complete required safety and security training
- collaborate with other departments to update room status
- use persuasive selling techniques to maximize room revenue
- carry out front desk responsibilities including cash control and balancing reports
- operate phone system and office equipment
- manage key control including issuing room keys
- process lost and found items
- assist in training new staff
- participate in fostering a positive work environment
- maintain understanding of hotel services and products
