- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability for required event days
- Willingness to travel if needed

- Proven ability to successfully execute diverse events

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate on-site teams effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing event dynamics and last-minute requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure on-site excellence
- Availability for required event days with flexibility for extended hours
- Willingness to travel if needed
Job Duties
- Oversee on-site execution of all planned activities ensuring flawless event delivery
- Manage event setup including seating arrangements decorations backstage preparation and general venue readiness
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of assigned child models at all times
- Implement and enforce check-in check-out protocols backstage security and emergency response procedures
- Support children who may feel nervous or overwhelmed creating a positive and encouraging environment
- Collaborate with clients to understand logistics requirements and expectations
- Support backstage operations ensuring safety readiness and smooth participant flow
- Ensure all the delegated tasks are completed and maintain a high morale
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the event running smoothly
- Manage event registration and ticketing processes
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with and assist the Event Manager as needed with a specific focus on on-site execution
