Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation available
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a loud environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Capability to interpret financial reports and manage costs
- Willingness to train and develop staff
- Capability to adhere to operational policies
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Additional leadership experience is a plus
- Preferably possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Respect for diversity
- Strong problem-solving skills especially under stress
- Ability to interpret financial statements and act on insights
- Willingness to perform duties across all positions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Reliable transportation for bank logistics
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff effectively
- Exhibit a strong commitment to hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Report to the Multi-unit Manager and oversee staff management
- Meet profit objectives, drive guest count growth, and foster sales-building initiatives
- Emphasize employee recruitment, retention, and operational improvements
- Support colleagues and foster a team-oriented environment
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational reports
- Direct daily operations focusing on guest service and brand standards
- Achieve profit targets by managing costs effectively
- Implement corporate initiatives and marketing strategies
- Develop team through training and feedback
- Ensure equipment and facilities comply with standards
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
- Address employee relations proactively
- Build marketing relationships within the community
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness
