Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
  • Assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays
  • Provide excellent hospitality and guest experience
  • Jump in as needed in busy kitchen and dining café environment as a substitute
