Job Duties

  • Plating meals for service
  • setting up and tearing down cafeteria, restaurant, and retail areas

  • managing dish room sanitation
  • conducting dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • delivering and removing patient food trays
  • ensuring compliance with patient dietary instructions
