Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform front and back of house dining service duties including plating and cafe set up
  • Assist kitchen operations with food preparation, dish room cleaning, and inventory management
  • Deliver patient meals following dietary instructions with exceptional hospitality
  • Assist in meal selection, tray set up, delivery, and removal in a hospital environment
  • Prepare and present meals according to Executive Chef menus with attention to presentation and quality
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Maintain sanitation standards in all food service and kitchen areas
