Job Duties
- Perform plating and setup and teardown of cafe, restaurant, and retail dining areas
- Assist in kitchen duties including food preparation, dishroom sanitation, and inventory management
- Prepare and present meals following executive chef menus with attention to quality and presentation
- Inventory and portion ingredients as needed
- Create, transport, setup, serve, and breakdown banquet-style food displays for catering events
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest experience during service
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
