Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to inventory and portioning

Job Duties

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Operate the cafe as a single-person unit during scheduled hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
  • Support inventory management including portion control
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
