Job Duties
- perform duties related to plating, set up, and tear down of dining areas
- assist in kitchen tasks including food preparation, dish room, inventory management, and sanitation
- prepare and present meals according to Executive Chef menus
- assist in portioning and inventory of ingredients
- ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
- deliver meal trays with hospitality and compassion
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
