Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform duties related to plating, set up, and tear down of dining areas
  • assist in kitchen tasks including food preparation, dish room, inventory management, and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals according to Executive Chef menus
  • assist in portioning and inventory of ingredients
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
  • deliver meal trays with hospitality and compassion
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
