Job Duties
- Perform plating and setup and teardown of cafe or restaurant areas
- Assist in kitchen with prep work and dish room cleaning
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Follow Executive Chef menus for meal preparation
- Deliver excellent hospitality service with a positive attitude
- Ensure compliance with dietary instructions for patient food service
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
