Job Duties

  • perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
  • assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
  • assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal
  • provide excellent hospitality and compassionate service to patients and residents
