Job Duties
- perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
- assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients
- ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
- assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal
- provide excellent hospitality and compassionate service to patients and residents
