- passion for food and service
- hospitality experience preferred
- availability for full or part-time work with flexible schedules
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- perform plating and set up and tear down of cafe and restaurant areas
- assist in kitchen duties including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
- assist with inventory and portion control of ingredients
- ensure patient dietary compliance and deliver meals with compassion and excellent service
- assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery and removal
- maintain cleanliness and order in all food service areas
