Job Requirements

  • minimum education or equivalent experience
  • passion for food and service
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • availability for full or part-time work with flexible schedules
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • perform plating and set up and tear down of cafe and restaurant areas
  • assist in kitchen duties including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • assist with inventory and portion control of ingredients
  • ensure patient dietary compliance and deliver meals with compassion and excellent service
  • assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery and removal
  • maintain cleanliness and order in all food service areas
