Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • perform front and back dining service tasks including plating, set up and tear down of cafe and retail areas
  • assist in kitchen duties such as food preparation, dish room cleaning, and inventory management
  • prepare and present meals following established menus under the direction of executive chefs
  • ensure compliance with dietary instructions for patient food service
  • assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery, and removal
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • provide exceptional hospitality and team support with a positive attitude
