Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • hospitality experience desired but not mandatory as training is provided
  • ability to perform elementary mathematical calculations related to inventory and portioning
  • strong communication skills with a focus on customer service

  • positive attitude and a genuine smile
  • willingness to learn and adapt to various food service roles

Job Duties

  • plating meals and setting up and tearing down dining services areas such as cafes and restaurants
  • assisting in kitchen duties including food preparation, dish room sanitation, and managing dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • preparing and presenting meals in line with Executive Chef menus
  • inventorying and portioning ingredients accurately
  • delivering in-room patient meals with exceptional service and compassion
  • collaborating effectively within a hospitality-driven team environment
  • maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all assigned areas
