Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- hospitality experience desired but not mandatory as training is provided
- ability to perform elementary mathematical calculations related to inventory and portioning

Job Duties
- plating meals and setting up and tearing down dining services areas such as cafes and restaurants
- assisting in kitchen duties including food preparation, dish room sanitation, and managing dry stock and perishable food inventories
- preparing and presenting meals in line with Executive Chef menus
- inventorying and portioning ingredients accurately
- delivering in-room patient meals with exceptional service and compassion
- collaborating effectively within a hospitality-driven team environment
- maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all assigned areas
