Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in foodservice or hospitality is an asset but not required
  • ability to comply with health and safety standards
  • physical ability to perform kitchen and dining area duties
  • pass background check and drug screening
  • ability to work flexible shifts including full-time or part-time schedules
  • positive customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • perform plating and café setup and tear down
  • assist in kitchen prep and dish room tasks
  • conduct inventory of dry stock and perishable foods
  • maintain sanitation standards
  • prepare and present meals according to executive chef menus
  • assist in patient meal selection and tray service
  • provide hospital-grade hospitality and compassionate service
