Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent

  • ability to contribute in various food service roles
  • background check and drug screening clearance

Job Qualifications

  • ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics related to inventory and portioning

  • culinary or hospitality education a plus

Job Duties

  • perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas, assist in kitchen prep, assist in dish room, manage dry stock and perishable food inventories, maintain sanitation standards
  • prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients
  • assist in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
  • assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays
  • provide compassionate and hospitable service to patients and residents
  • work effectively in a team environment
  • bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
