Job Duties

  • perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen
  • assist in food prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions under guidance of Clinical Dietitian staff
  • assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery, and removal of food trays
  • provide hospitality-driven service with compassion and a smile
  • work collaboratively in a team environment
