Job Duties

  • perform duties including plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, and retail areas
  • assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions under clinical dietitian guidance
  • assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery and removal
  • deliver exceptional hospitality and compassionate service to patients and residents
