Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • culinary or hospitality education is an asset
  • experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred but not required
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols

  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • assist in kitchen prep, dish room, and inventory management
  • ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
  • set up and tear down dining and cafe areas
  • assist with patient meal selection and tray delivery
  • provide hospitality-driven service with a smile
  • collaborate effectively within a team environment
