Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
willingness to work early morning shifts and flexible hours

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
culinary or hospitality education is an asset
experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred but not required
ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
strong work ethic and positive attitude
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
assist in kitchen prep, dish room, and inventory management
ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
set up and tear down dining and cafe areas
assist with patient meal selection and tray delivery
provide hospitality-driven service with a smile
collaborate effectively within a team environment
