Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible full or part-time schedules
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

  • Culinary schooling or cooking experience ideal but not required

Job Duties

  • Perform plating and set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas
  • Assist in kitchen including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal for patients
  • Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
  • Demonstrate hospitality and compassion to guests
  • Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
