Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform plating and set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas
- Assist in kitchen including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal for patients
- Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
- Demonstrate hospitality and compassion to guests
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
