UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge is a distinguished meeting and retreat venue nestled in the serene San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. Spanning 50 acres along the tranquil shores of Lake Arrowhead, this unique lodge serves as a picturesque and peaceful destination for guest groups from September through mid-June. The location is ideal for various events, including corporate meetings, retreats, and family camps. During the summer months, the lodge transforms into the lively Bruins Woods Family Camp, hosting up to 80 families per week for ten consecutive weeks, fostering memorable family experiences in a natural setting.

Job Requirements

  • must possess a valid CA noncommercial Class C license upon hire
  • ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • background check required
  • Live Scan background check must be completed prior to employment
  • satisfactory driving record as per California DMV Pull Notice System
  • ability to handle high volume public settings
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • skill in delegating and supervising staff
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and food service software
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • oversee dining room, bar, and banquet operations
