Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- Demonstrated skill in providing sound leadership and direction
- Demonstrated ability to control costs in food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees
- Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor work assignments
- Working knowledge of safety and sanitation rules
- Ability to lead team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to prepare and conduct group training sessions
- Willingness to work weekends, swing shifts, and overtime
- High school diploma preferred
- Background check required
- Live Scan background check prior to employment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Subject to California DMV Pull Notice System
- Backlifting exam required
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- Demonstrated skill in leadership of a large team in high-volume food service
- Ability to control food, labor, and supply costs
- Experience in hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating employees
- Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor work assignments
- Working knowledge of food service safety and sanitation rules
- Proven ability to lead in customer service excellence
- Experience preparing written reports and spreadsheets (preferred)
- Ability to prepare and conduct group training sessions
- Willingness to work weekends, swing shifts, and overtime
Job Duties
- Provide sound leadership and direction to the restaurant team
- Oversee daily operations, customer service, and sanitation
- Supervise, schedule, and train team members
- Manage meal setup, service, and cleanup
- Maintain food, labor, and supply cost controls
- Ensure facility cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Manage equipment upkeep and contribute to overall restaurant management
