Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Demonstrated skill in providing sound leadership and direction
  • Demonstrated ability to control costs in food service operations
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor work assignments
  • Working knowledge of safety and sanitation rules
  • Ability to lead team members to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to prepare and conduct group training sessions
  • Willingness to work weekends, swing shifts, and overtime
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Background check required
  • Live Scan background check prior to employment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Subject to California DMV Pull Notice System
  • Backlifting exam required

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Demonstrated skill in leadership of a large team in high-volume food service
  • Ability to control food, labor, and supply costs
  • Experience in hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating employees
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and monitor work assignments
  • Working knowledge of food service safety and sanitation rules
  • Proven ability to lead in customer service excellence
  • Experience preparing written reports and spreadsheets (preferred)
  • Ability to prepare and conduct group training sessions
  • Willingness to work weekends, swing shifts, and overtime

Job Duties

  • Provide sound leadership and direction to the restaurant team
  • Oversee daily operations, customer service, and sanitation
  • Supervise, schedule, and train team members
  • Manage meal setup, service, and cleanup
  • Maintain food, labor, and supply cost controls
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Manage equipment upkeep and contribute to overall restaurant management
