Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail supervision preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate electronic equipment
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo a background check
Job Duties
- Supervise employees during shifts to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Assist managers with daily operational tasks and problem-solving
- Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and cooperative work environment
- Enforce company policies and health and safety regulations during all shift hours
