Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail supervision preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate electronic equipment
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees during shifts to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer needs promptly
  • Assist managers with daily operational tasks and problem-solving
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Enforce company policies and health and safety regulations during all shift hours
