Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • basic math and computer skills
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexible availability to work various shifts
  • must pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise employees during shifts
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • assist managers with operational tasks
  • maintain facility cleanliness and maintenance
  • manage team schedules and shift coverage
  • address customer inquiries and resolve issues
