The Splash! Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in food service or hospitality management
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports
- Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties
- Ensure an excellent guest experience and demonstrate effective customer service skills
- Plan, develop, and conduct various food service activities at Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center
- Complete sales of goods and group/event packages
- Assist with marketing and branding of food service goods
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain food service areas and equipment
- Monitor inventory and equipment repairs as needed
- Produce revenue and expense reports related to food service sales
- Assist with scheduling part-time food service staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and written communication
- Adhere to city and departmental policies and perform related duties as assigned
