Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
  • ability to work full-time onsite
  • willingness to travel to hospitals for support if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
  • experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
  • at least one year’s experience in customer service or a call center preferred
  • associate's degree or higher preferred

Job Duties

  • Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
  • making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
  • managing data to aid completion of patient orders
  • delivering meals to patient rooms in the Emergency Department
  • partnering closely with nursing staff and other departments to support workflow
  • maintaining accurate records of meal selections and delivery times
  • ensuring compliance with hospital and health safety regulations
