Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- ability to work full-time onsite
- willingness to travel to hospitals for support if necessary

- knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
- at least one year’s experience in customer service or a call center preferred
- associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
- making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
- managing data to aid completion of patient orders
- delivering meals to patient rooms in the Emergency Department
- partnering closely with nursing staff and other departments to support workflow
- maintaining accurate records of meal selections and delivery times
- ensuring compliance with hospital and health safety regulations
