Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to work full-time onsite
- Willingness to travel to other hospitals if needed
- Must be motivated and customer-focused
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
- Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
- At least one year experience in customer service or a call center preferred
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Duties
- Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
- Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
- Managing data to aid completion of patient orders
- Ensuring accurate and professional processing of orders
- Maintaining communication with patients and guests
- Operating office equipment including Microsoft Office and telephone systems
- Supporting hospital staff with order management and patient service
