Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
  • Ability to work full-time onsite
  • Willingness to travel to other hospitals if needed
  • Must be motivated and customer-focused

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines
  • Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment preferred
  • At least one year experience in customer service or a call center preferred
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred

Job Duties

  • Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs
  • Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed
  • Managing data to aid completion of patient orders
  • Ensuring accurate and professional processing of orders
  • Maintaining communication with patients and guests
  • Operating office equipment including Microsoft Office and telephone systems
  • Supporting hospital staff with order management and patient service
