Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail food handling preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work per diem with flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with vaccination requirements or obtain approved exemption
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Reliable and able to perform physical tasks required in a food service environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt by signing a statement
- Compensation based on level of experience
Job Duties
- Set up all retail food stations and perform assigned positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
