Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to customers in assigned area including cafeteria and patient care areas
- Coordinate with colleagues to prepare, store and serve food to customers effectively
- Understand and follow policies and procedures for proper food and equipment temperatures, hand washing, food storage and proper cooling and reheating procedures
- Safely clean all equipment and food preparation areas
- Support sanitation of equipment and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food production and assembly according to departmental guidelines
- Maintain inventory and storeroom organization as needed
