Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow specific oral and written instructions
- Light to moderate physical effort including standing and walking
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and heavier objects with assistance
- Availability to work in warm, noisy environments
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Completion of prescribed training
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to submit required documentation including education certificates and military service records if applicable
- Registration with Selective Service if applicable

Job Duties
- Setting up food service counters and side stands with hot and cold food and beverages including desserts and condiments
- Assisting customers in selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales
- Preparing quality beverages such as espresso drinks and adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Using suggestive selling techniques to promote products
- Serving food and beverages in standard portions
- Making coffee in large urns with responsibility for timing and brewing
- Cleaning dishwashers and associated appliances and maintaining clean customer service area
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- Following store policies and procedures
- Merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products
- Operating cash register and managing own change fund
- Completing prescribed training
- Providing courteous and effective customer service
- Communicating positively with customers and solving problems
- Adhering to safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Reporting workplace hazards and injuries
- Supporting EEO and prevention of sexual harassment policies
- Performing other related duties as required
