Job Requirements
- Completion of four years of high school
- minimum of three years related work experience
- ServSafe certificate within 90 days of start
- Massachusetts Allergen Awareness Certificate
- full vaccination against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
- ability to work day shift including weekends and holidays
- eligible to receive $400 new hire sign-on bonus

Job Duties
- Provide shift to shift leadership for the Patient Services Department
- supervise and guide food service staff during assigned shifts
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards including ServSafe and allergen awareness requirements
- maintain quality control and timely delivery of patient meals
- assist in training and development of new staff members
- manage communication between food service and other hospital departments
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
