Job Requirements
- must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings
- must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s)
- ability to interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- must understand oral and/or written instructions
- ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- education equivalent to high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to understand oral and/or written instructions
- prior experience in food service or custodial roles beneficial but not required
- good communication skills
- ability to work well with a diverse team
- basic physical fitness to meet job demands
Job Duties
- safely perform contract duties as assigned by management
- provide quality customer service at all times
- learn and adapt to all aspects of the food service worker role
- interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- comply with safety and emergency work assignment requirements
- handle cleaning chemicals safely
- work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
