Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended standing or walking
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- Commitment to punctuality and professional appearance
- Ability to follow food safety standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a multi-faceted schedule including weekends and holidays
- Capability to maintain cleaning schedules for equipment and facilities
- Experience or willingness to learn food preparation and service

- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner
- Always deliver exemplary customer service
- May be required to prepare and serve hot food
- May be required to work as an expediter in the kitchen, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to maintain food safety standards
- Ensure cleanliness of food service work area
- Maintain daily side work, complete required logs, restocking and cleaning duties
- Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records
- Work positively with diverse populations
- Respectfully handle guest complaints
