Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended standing or walking
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
  • Commitment to punctuality and professional appearance
  • Ability to follow food safety standards and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a multi-faceted schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to maintain cleaning schedules for equipment and facilities
  • Experience or willingness to learn food preparation and service
  • Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner
  • Always deliver exemplary customer service
  • May be required to prepare and serve hot food
  • May be required to work as an expediter in the kitchen, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery
  • Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to maintain food safety standards
  • Ensure cleanliness of food service work area
  • Maintain daily side work, complete required logs, restocking and cleaning duties
  • Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records
  • Work positively with diverse populations
  • Respectfully handle guest complaints
