Job Duties
- Perform general kitchen duties including food preparation and storage
- clean and store dishes, utensils, and pots
- perform general department sanitation
- follow department policies and recipes to prepare and serve snacks and meals to patients and visitors
- assist in various areas such as tray line, cafeteria, dish room, host/hostess, or catering
- communicate effectively with peers and supervisors
- adhere to local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure safety and privacy
