Job Duties
- Preparing, serving and distributing food
- working in various areas of the department such as the tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- interacting with diverse clientele including incarcerated individuals
- supporting team operations and management directives
- assisting with inventory and supply management
